New Subsidized Program: “Modernization of Road Freight Transport”
A new call for tender “Modernization of Road Freight Transport” was announced under the EU initiative “Competitiveness” under the OP National Strategic Reference Framework 2007-2013.
The program aims at modernization of the operation of commercial road freight companies focusing on:
- achieving quality transport performance at low cost
- protection of the environment by reducing emissions
- reduction in fuel consumption
- road safety.
The program has a budget of between 30 000 and 180 000 euros and subsidizes 25%-70% of costs per case for the modernization of road freight transport companies.
Applications for the tender can be electronically submitted until 20-03-2012.
Within the framework of this program, Stochasis Management Consultancy S.A. undertakes the following:
1. project development, preparation of the investment dossier, electronic submission of proposals to the managing body, and
2. provision of support services, organization, and administration of the approved proposal.
